Rev 21:1,23; 22:5 No longer any sea, night, sun or moon

Why is the sea in the picture? Why is there snow on these mountains? If there is no night, then the earth would heat up considerably, being a global greenhouse! All snow on the planet would melt, even on the highest mountains! Notice, also that there is no sun or moon! The whole idea of these revelation passages is to convey that paradise is not an earth bound experience!
