The physical universe did not exist prior to God creating it in Genesis 1:1. In fact, the Sun and Earth, have existed for a relatively short period of time. At the second coming of Christ, the physical universe will be destroyed and will no longer exist. It was created in Genesis 1:1, and will be uncreated at the second coming (2 Peter 3:10). Yet to us, this temporary physical universe is all we know, and because it is all we can see, many have falsely concluded that life on earth is all there is! Heaven and hell, even God Himself are of the same mysterious realm. We enter this realm when we die and pass into the spirit world.

2 Co 4:18 for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

This whole concept is opposite to what JW's believe.
