Examination of NAMI's fake Noah's Ark wood
Introduction:
1. There are several different wood samples that NAMI believes is really from Noah's Ark. In fact they have been conned by a fraudster named Parasut.
2. However, the information on this page is sufficient to prove the wood samples are fake and NAMI must renounce the entire find at once. Then they should turn their anger at Parasut and openly thank us for our scientific investigation.
3. According to one source some of the wood came from an old barn, however, other sources said the large wood came from an old ferryboat from the city of Trabzon near the Black Sea that Paraşüt bought with the Chinese. The workers also brought some things from the Hot Springs at Kaplica (at Diydan). Nothing has been published about the wood and it is likely from the old wooden ship that Parasut purchased to help build the ark movie site.
4. The white (plastic?) beads seen in photos were removed from the "Ark site", but NAMI refuses to identify what they are.
A. The Pinocchio Sample: The fake wood photo used in NAMI's space 7: 2008
1.
In 2008, Parasut supplied this photo as proof of a small wood sample.
This was over a year and a half before NAMI announced that Parasut had
discovered Noah's Ark. The photo is of some real object, although it may be
that even the original photo was also photoshoped before we first saw it.
Nobody has ever seen the original object.
2.
When NAMI made the announcement in the spring of 2010, we were stunned
to learn that the above photo of a small sample of wood, was now being used as a
photo of a large 5 x 12 meter room, known as NAMI Space 7. See diagram below.
3.
However, it is important to realize that the two photos are only
partially identical. That is because the original photo that Parasut gave me in
2008 had been photoshoped so that they were no longer exactly identical.
However there is absolutely no doubt that portions of the two photos are
identical. Remember that the object (whatever it is) was photographed at two
different angle
4. Since we have proven that part of the photo Parasut gave us in 2008 as a photo of a small wood sample of Noah's Ark, is identical to the photo NAMI is now using to depict 5 x 12 meter room, space 7 does not exist and is a fraud.
5. NAMI admits they have never actually been in Space 7 and that they must take Parasut's word for it.
6. The photo of Space 7 is a proven fraud and is does not exist.
7. We call this the "Pinocchio wood sample", because it get larger when NAMI tell lies about it. (whether sincerely deceived or not)
B. The Rocky Top Sample: Volcanic Tuff, not wood: 2008
1.
In 2008 Geologist Don Patton and Dr. Randall Price were given access to
a large chunk of wood that NAMI believed to be petrified wood.
2.
Upon close examination, it was clear that it was not organic but
mineral. It was not petrified wood, but a naturally occurring rock called,
"volcanic tuff".
3.
Don Patton hired petrologist, David McQueen, to prepare a 25 page report
that firmly concluded the sample was not petrified wood.
4. We call this the "Rocky Top sample", because really is just a rock.
C. The Chameleon sample: The rock that magically changed colour:
1.
In 2008 Parasut let Randall Price photograph a small sample of what was
claimed to Petrified wood. When Dr. Price photographed it, its appearance and
colour is identical to what is seen in the graphic below on the right.
2. However, when NAMI released a photo of the same rock, is mysteriously and magically turned dark brown. NAMI admits the photograph is a very different colour from the actual rock. They admit the photograph is bad.
3. Given that Mr. Wing Cheung Yeung is both a director of NAMI and a movie director of "Sparkling Sun International", we are puzzled why he, as a professional photographer and film maker, would allow such a poor photograph to be released? Given they have admitted it is a bad photograph in strange lighting conditions, they should use Dr. Prices photo on their website or take a second picture that shows the rock for the white colour that it really it.
4. We cannot judge motives, but given NAMI claims it is petrified wood, when it is a non-organic rock, such darkening of the rock to make it appear more "wood like" is simply inexcusable, unscientific and unprofessional at best.
5. We call this the "Chameleon sample", because it changes colour depending on who is holding it.
D. Easter Egg sample: Wood samples recovered from Noah's Ark:
1.
NAMI claims to have collected wood samples from Noah's Ark. The problem
is, that the site was discovered by Parasut and it is clear that he planted the
wood, like an Easter egg hunt, for NAMI to find. Other samples were merely
given to NAMI directly by Parasut.
2. The problem is that there is no actual scientific evidence that the wood samples (if they are wood) match what is to be found on their Noah's Ark movie set. A small wood sample is rather irrelevant, given there would be tons of wood that remains insitu. If NAMI is interested in real science and archeology, they merely need to take a group of independent, well known and trusted world authorizes to the site to confirm the claim.
3.
Strangely, small white round "plastic looking" beads were recovered by
NAMI in the only short and grainy video of their visit to the "Ark site".
Exactly what are these white pellets? They can be seen in the far left hand
side bowl in the photo below and in the NAMI video they released in the spring
of 2010.

E. The Hollywood sample: wood recovered by Dr. Don Patton from Space 2:
1.
Early in September, 2010, Don Patton was guided by a local Turkish man to
the very location of where NAMI claims Noah's Ark was discovered by Parasut.
This man, like everyone else in town, knew about Parasut's fraud because he
actually helped build it for money! He and the other workers were told they
were building a movie set. We have
identified, with the aid of the Turkish guide, that the wood was recovered from
"Space two".
2. Notice that "orange man" (Panda Lee) is standing beside a row of overhanging rocks above the smooth wall on the right. In their own diagram of "Space 2" is also a row of overhanging rocks. It is clear that this is a crevice and that the workers built the wood right into the ice.
3.
Notice how the wood at NAMI space 2 is in perfect condition with machine
planed surfaces and perfect right angles. It looks like something you would buy
from home depot! Notice that the size and colour of the wood in the NAMI photos
is very close to the "Hollywood sample" I recovered from the movie set site.
4. When Don Patton was guided to the NAMI site, there were several different piece of wood seen. The guide immediately identified it as the same wood that was used in the construction of what he wrongly thought was a movie set. The wood was new, burned with torches and rubbed with ash to make it look old.
5.
We call this the "Hollywood sample",
because it is modern wood made to make it look old, just like in a movie set.
Conclusion:
1. None of the wood samples that NAMI claims is from Noah's Ark are scientifically validated. NAMI expects the world to just take their word for it!
2. The NAMI photo of "Space 7" is supposed to be of a room 5 x 12 meters in size. It is in fact, partially identical to a photograph that Parasut gave Don Patton two years earlier of a small piece of wood. We call this the "Pinocchio sample", because it gets larger when people tell lies about it.
3. The large rock sample examined by Dr. Price and myself is volcanic tuff, not petrified wood. We call this the "Rocky Top sample", because really is just a rock.
4. The two wood samples that NAMI claims are petrified wood, are in fact mineral with no organic content. We call this the "Chameleon sample", because it changes colour depending on who is holding it.
5. Wood samples that NAMI claim to have actually recovered from Noah's Ark, were planted there by Parasut for NAMI to find. We call this the "Easter Egg sample" because NAMI went looking for the wood samples that Parasut had hidden in the "movie set" he built. In order to validate these wood samples, an independent team of archeologists must be taken to the Noah's Ark site and take samples of their own to see if they match the wood NAMI presently claims is from Noah's Ark. Playing Easter Bunny may be fun but it is not science.
6. The "Hollywood sample" that I recovered was recognized by the guide to took us there, as the wood he personally used in the construction of NAMI's Noah's Ark movie set. The wood is charred, new wood that has been rubbed with ash. We call this the "Hollywood sample", because it is modern wood, made to make it look old, just like in a movie set.
7. The wood that NAMI displays will no doubt be old wood that Parsut got, not from Noah's Ark at 14,000 feet, but an old barn or ferryboat that he purchased from the city of Trabzon near the Black Sea that Paraşüt bought with the Chinese and hauled up the mountain. The workers also brought some things from the Hot Springs at Kaplica (at Diydan).
8. It is clear that the entire NAMI discovery is a fraud. While NAMI may be deceived, Parasut himself and everyone in his home town, know it is a fraud.
9. NAMI claims to have made the biggest archeological find in world history: Noah's Ark. If true, they could invite ANY top rated archeologist alive today and he would be very eager and willing to participate in documenting such a remarkable find of this great magnitude. Instead, NAMI has chosen to "bypass" the scientific community and produce a Hollywood style documentary movie that they will try to sell to the networks and privately to individuals. The choice to make a movie rather than utilize a qualified archeologist speaks volumes about who and what NAMI really is. This is especially obvious in light of the fact that they have terminated any further association with Dr. Randall Price. He earned his Ph.D. in Archeology from the University of Texas, where he then taught Archeology. He is presently serving as Distinguished Research Professor and Executive Director of the Center for Judaic Studies at Liberty University. He was a perfect candidate, extremely interested and willing. Instead, releasing a money-making movie, rather than documenting their "discovery" with a qualified archeologist, has all the indications of fraud. Instead of seeking to publish the details of their "archeological discovery" in a "peer reviewed" scientific journal, they put out a DVD to make money.
